Meet Me
Background
Born and raised in Salt Lake City, UT. I graduated from University of Utah College of Nursing in 2015. Since then I have worked on mental health, maternity and labor and delivery units. My time in the labor world includes high-risk antepartum, triaging, medical flight and seeing thousands of families from all walks of life meet their babies in just about every way imaginable.
Getting Here
I initially learned about birth from a very medical perspective. Sick women, frequent inductions, lots of interventions and management by professionals. A deep dislike of spending time in the OR led me to exploring the world of physiologic birth and I realized how many gaps there are in our current system. I found Body Ready Method® and became a certified BRM® pro. Now I have the opportunity to meet people during their pregnancy and help them pursue the pregnancy and birth that they want.
The Vision
I hope that my education and experience can help empower you to take control of your pregnancy. Whether it's reviewing care options and health habits, pregnancy, childbirth or newborn education, and/or helping you utilize movement to feel strong and pain free, I offer a variety of options to suit your needs.

Body Ready Method®
Body Ready Method® is based on 5 pillars: Upper Body Mobility, Core, Pelvis,
Pelvic floor and Movement Patterns.
Incorporating these pillars into your movement during pregnancy can help you:
-
Have a more efficient birth
-
Minimize pregnancy aches and pains
-
Optimize recovery
-
Minimize unnecessary abdominal separation and pelvic floor dysfunction
-
Optimize pelvic floor responsiveness
-
Work smarter not harder
